These Terms & Conditions govern the ma71 platform (ma71.best) and all related mobile applications and services. By creating an account on ma71, logging into the platform, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

• Odds Change: If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be displayed and the member must re-confirm. ma71 will never accept a bet at outdated odds after a change has occurred.
• Match Cancellation or Postponement: If an event is cancelled or starts after its scheduled time, the stake is generally refunded. However, specific rules may apply depending on the sport.
• Technical Errors: ma71 is not responsible for unsettled bets resulting from internet disconnections or app crashes. However, all bets confirmed by the server remain valid.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳50. Maximum limits vary depending on the member's tier and the specific market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ma71. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempting to complete bonus turnover through low-risk bets (bonus hunting or arbitrage betting).
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to ma71's systems or network.
• Using or stealing another member's account credentials.
• Any fraudulent payment or chargeback.
• Misconduct or threats directed at ma71 staff.

Ma71 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If satisfactory documents are not provided during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the member requests account closure or self-exclusion.
• By order of a government or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed. Valid balances are always refunded; however, bonus funds are non-refundable.

Ma71 strives to keep its platform running smoothly and without errors; however, ma71 is not liable for the following:

• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• For issues caused by faults in the member's own device or software.

• If service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.

Any claim against ma71 is limited to the total amount deposited into the account. Claims for indirect or consequential losses beyond actual financial damages will not be considered.
